Store Location Intelligence & Retail Mapping

Store coordinates, contact info, operating hours, competitor density maps, and foot traffic estimates across US retail — structured for chain expansion planning, franchise strategy, and real estate site selection.

Retail chains, franchise operators, real estate developers, and consumer brands all need the same dataset: structured location data on every store, restaurant, or service location in their target geography. We extract from Google Maps, Yelp, store locators, and public directories — and deliver geo-rich datasets that drive site selection, competitive analysis, and territory planning.

What you get

Engineered for real production use.

Store core attributes

Store name, brand, location type, full address, latitude/longitude, phone, website, hours of operation.

Competitive density mapping

Number of competing stores within configurable radius (1mi, 5mi, 10mi) around any target location.

Foot traffic & popularity signals

Where Google or Yelp surface popular-times data, foot traffic patterns are captured. Useful for understanding location performance.

Multi-chain rollups

Compare your store footprint vs every relevant competitor across the US — count, distribution, gap analysis.

Store-level metadata

Drive-thru, delivery available, curbside pickup, dine-in, and amenities flags where surfaced publicly.

Refresh for closures

Quarterly or monthly refresh detects closed locations, new openings, and chain expansion or contraction.

FAQ

About store location intelligence.

Can you cover every store in the US?

Yes — full US coverage is achievable for any chain with a public locator or Google Maps presence. Single-location independents are also reachable but at higher per-record cost.

Do you have real foot traffic numbers?

We capture publicly surfaced popular-times signals (Google's busy times). True foot traffic counts require licensed mobile data providers — we can integrate that data on request but do not generate it directly.

How accurate are the coordinates?

Latitude/longitude are validated to street-address level for over 98% of captured locations. Where validation fails, the record is flagged.

Can you compute competitor density on the fly?

Yes — for any custom location set, we compute competitor counts within configurable radii. Useful for territory scoring and site evaluation.
