Is review platform scraping legal?

We extract only publicly accessible review content. Publicly visible reviews on G2, Capterra, Yelp, and similar platforms are treated as publicly available information. We do not bypass authentication or access private content.

How often is data refreshed?

Daily is standard. Weekly is more economical for slower-moving review platforms. Hourly is available for high-velocity scenarios (product launches, crisis monitoring).

Do you provide sentiment analysis?

We deliver clean text ready for sentiment analysis but do not run sentiment scoring as a default service. Add-on: we can run pre-built sentiment classifiers on delivery.
